Bella Starr orders are shipped within 2-4 business days 

Free Shipping provided is First Class Mail upgraded expedited shipping can be made at an additional cost to buyers. 

International customs time frame can vary with Bella Starr having no control of any of the delays. Additional fees from custom charges are paid by the customer.

RETURNS

At Bella Starr we strive for customers to be 100% happy with the product they receive.

You may return or exchange any full price item for a complete refund within 7 business days of receiving the item, provided that the item is in its original condition with all hang tags still attached.

Shipping costs must be paid for by the customer for all return or exchanges, unless the reason for the return or exchange is due to a product that is defective or damaged upon receipt.

All sale items and custom-made items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom sizes

Custom sizes can be requested for most of Bella Starr hats with no additional cost added. Custom hats will take up to 1 week for production.
